See the DQF driver application, start to finish
This is an example of the DQF application process for new drivers. You get access to it when you're a Vertical Identity consortium member. It runs about a minute.
The driver and company in the video are samples. The screens are the real application.
A 7-step online application on a phone or computer
- A private link
Your new driver opens it on their phone or computer. There is no account to set up.
- A photo of the license
VID Intelligence reads it and fills in the name, license number, class and dates. The driver checks the details.
- Each section
Address history, driving experience, employment history and the medical card. The driver can save and finish later.
- Agreements and authorizations
The driver reads each one, agrees, and signs by typing their full name. No printing, no scanning.
When the driver submits
The signed forms and the license and medical card photos go into the driver's qualification file automatically. Reports and results still come to you to review and sign off. You decide who you hire.
