Do I have to switch to get a quote?
No. The quote is free to request and there is no obligation. You get a line-by-line comparison and decide for yourself.
What can I upload?
An invoice, a renewal notice or a quote from your current DOT consortium or drug testing company, as a PDF or a photo (JPG, PNG or HEIC), up to 3 files of 10 MB each. A screenshot of an online account page works too. The upload is optional, but it is how we compare drug tests, MVRs and everything else, not just the membership.
Who sees my invoice?
Only the Vertical Identity team preparing your quote. Your file is stored privately, is never published, and is used only to prepare your quote.
What if you are not cheaper on something?
The quote says so. Every line shows your price and ours, including any line where we cost more or where we do not offer the service.
Is the drug test price included in the membership?
No. The membership includes the random testing program: the pool, the selections, the notices and DQF Pro. Each drug test is billed when it happens, at $69 for a DOT drug test with collection and MRO review included.
What does it cost to switch?
Joining the random testing program is $85/year for the first driver and $25/year for each additional driver, or $295/year for unlimited drivers. We tell you in your quote what else applies to your company.
