No. Not every collection site offers breath alcohol testing. If you need a breath alcohol test, check the box, or call us and we'll confirm the site before you go.
Do I need an appointment?
It depends on the collection site. Hours and walk-in rules vary from site to site, so call the site before you go and go during its drug testing hours. Bring a government-issued photo ID, such as your driver's license. The collector must see a photo ID and cannot accept a fax or a photocopy (49 CFR 40.61(c)).
Where is my specimen tested?
At a SAMHSA-certified lab. The collection site collects the specimen and sends it to the lab. A Medical Review Officer (MRO) reviews the result before it is reported.
