Three ways to keep your driver files
If you are starting a trucking company or hiring your first driver, the law requires a driver qualification file for every driver. Watch the 90-second overview, then book a discovery call and we will help you pick.
Prices in the video are current as of October 2026 and can change.
Pick who does the work, and what comes with it
- Membership, DQF included
DQF comes with your consortium membership at no extra charge, powered by DQF Pro, along with the random testing pool. Membership is $85 a year for the first driver and $25 for each added driver, or $295 a year flat for unlimited drivers.
- DQF Pro
The same driver file software, on its own: $48 per driver per year. You run the files yourself.
- Managed DQF
We run the files for you, and your yearly MVR and Clearinghouse query are prepaid. The video shows the current price.
You decide who to hire
With every option, the decision is yours. Our software never qualifies a driver for you. Most companies sell DQF software on its own. With Vertical Identity, it is part of your membership.
